I have been charged £62.99 for a free trial

Hello I have been charged 62.99 pound free trial I forgot to cancel but i didn't use the service at all

 

I have raise despute from my bank Lloyds but it didn’t meet the criteria since i forgot to cancel subscription before the payment gone through 

 

I have just spoken with apple they are not able to help since i raised dispute twice and it cancelled aswell

 

I indeed need help to get this money back please help me with this matter.. I was using Adobe for my study purposes since i am student and living in London in living crisis 

 

Please help me for this matter
