Are you absolutely certain you or a family member never used the card for Adobe products or services?  If you didn't give Adobe your card number, name and expiration date, how did they get that information?

Does your statement show any other unauthorized purchases?  If yes, you should cancel the card immediately with your bank.  Your bank will ask you to sign some legal papers before cancelling the card and contacting law enforcement.

If you did give Adobe your payment details, you need to cancel your order online or call Adobe Support by phone during normal business hours.

When purchases have been made with stolen card details, it is up to you, to block your card and to inform police.

The virtual assistant is there to ask some questions and then connects you with an agent. I do not know if they can help you; however, you can try. Type "agent" at the prompt.
