I am trying to cancel the plan but I get the error message. I been trying to do this now for weeks. Please help

The error says what I am telling. You will have to fix the payment issue for the cancellation to go through

It requires me to make a payment and I don’t have funds, this was the trial I been trying to cancel it.

Hi @Thandokazintshinga you will have to fix the payment issues only then will you be able to cancel the plan. If you get charged and are within the refund period the refund would be issued. See the following articles
