We apologize for the inconvenience. Adobe is performing system maintenance. During this time, we will not be able to process your current request. We appreciate your patience. You will be able to manage your plan once the maintenance is complete. You can check the server status here: https://adobe.ly/48JE6v7

Please try again after sometime.

Hi Gupta,

The problem is still not solved! I do not have a subscription, my account confirms this and yet, Adobe got unauthorised payments from me.

I propose we settle this by email because this forum is contra productive.

On what email can I reach you?

I have exactly the same! I have been paying adobe for months unauthorised - this is really a scandal.

if you can’t cancel you probably have a payment problem* that needs to be rectified.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

*if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", you probably have a payment error that you need to repair before cancellation is allowed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

Apologizes are insufficient. I have been paying months to Adobe without an active subscription - and nobody is even bothering. this is theft and illegal. I am fully advising people not to use adobe for their bad and illegal services.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, check your account (https://account.adobe.com) for a payment problem. all payment problems must be resolved before cancellation is enabled, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

I have no active subscriptions and yet, I have been paying Adobe for months unauthorised. I want a reimbursement of these unauthorised payments.
