I have cancelled my subscription successfully and still receiving a bill to pay monthly

I can see that both the Acrobat Pro and AI Assistant subscriptions linked to the same ID used for this community were cancelled successfully. A refund of INR 958 has already been issued. It should reflect in your account shortly, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Hello Adobe Support,

I am writing to report an unexpected charge of ₹958 for my Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. I had already canceled this subscription earlier and also paid the applicable early termination fees at that time.

Despite completing the cancellation and settlement, the amount of ₹958 has been deducted from my account. I would like to understand why this charge was applied even after the subscription was canceled.

Kindly review my account and provide clarification on this charge. I also request confirmation that my subscription is fully canceled and that no further payments will be deducted in the future.

Please let me know if you need any additional information from my side to resolve this issue.

Dear Adobe Support,

 

I am writing regarding an issue with my Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. I had canceled my subscription and also paid the applicable early termination fees as required. However, despite this, I am still receiving billing notices for the same subscription.

 

Kindly review my account and clarify why I am still being charged after the cancellation and settlement of fees. I would appreciate it if you could resolve this issue at the earliest and confirm that no further charges will be applied.
