Why is it difficult to cancel your Plans. I want my money back

    Hi @Aviwe Mabude,

Thank you for reaching out. I checked your account and found that you had subscriptions to both Adobe Acrobat Pro and the AI Assistant for Acrobat. While one of the plans has been canceled, the other is still active.

This is why you’re continuing to see charges.

Since the remaining plan is on a monthly basis, you can cancel it anytime. Once cancelled, it will stay active until the end of the current billing cycle and then automatically stop.

If you need any help with the cancellation steps, I’d be happy to assist.

Refunds are automatically credited to the bank in around 14 days. In the meanwhile do check that you cancelled the plan successfully(should have got an confirmation email). Also, do check that you are not subscribed to anything else, check it at https://account.adobe.com/plans
