I have cancelled my subscription and Adobe charged me 2x monthly fee. Why?!!

I just cancelled my sub to Photoshop. I see I have been sent an invoice for 2x

Why?

sounds like you had an annual plan paid monthly. make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
