I have cancelled my subscription and they charge me anyways and got no plan

On September 2, 2025, they charged me for a month's payment, which I canceled on September 3, 2025, and they refunded my money. But today, September 8, 2025, they charged me again. I don't know why, since I had canceled the automatic charge on my account and the payment came from my card. Besides, it's not that they gave me the active plan, but rather that I don't have one so i cant cancel it on my account. I don't know where they charged me from, but I need help from someone real. The bot hasn't given me an answer. If you need information pleas ask me.

Hi, thanks for the answer, but my problem is that i dont have any mail with the plan active, and i cant cancel it in my bank because i first need to cancel it here 😞
I checked at this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html and it couldnt identify the procedense of that pay. I´d like to contact support by mail please.

if you can't find a purchase from adobe using the correct card number at that link, report fraud to your credit card issuer.
