I have cancelled my subscription but Adobe keeps billing me. There seems no way I can contact them. I tried the chat, which was the only channel that was offer, but it kicked me out for a technical reason after having wasted my time for 30 mins or so. Told me to come back at a later time. This seems to be fraud.
