I have cancelled my subscription same day I activated. And after 7 days they have charged me. So what is the refund process

I am sorry you did not find more value in our services. I can confirm that your previous cancellation was successful, but you do still have an active plan for Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Any refunds issued take up to 14 days, Tharu.

If you cancel within 14 days of ordering, the refund is automatic.But most banks require 10-15 business days.
