I have followed the instructions to cancel my Acrobat pro 7 day trial before the end of the 7th day, but am unable to do so.

I have gone to Manage plans then end servic, then cancel plan, verified identity, and the a blue circle goes round and round and round. I have tied on differenttdays to cancel this plan with the same result
