I have no idea how to pay for photoshop

Hello there!I feel like I'm trapped. I live in Serbia and can't pay for Photoshop because the Adobe website automatically redirects me to a page with the message “The purchase could not be completed because transactions in your region (RU) are currently restricted.” I know this isn't true, but I can't contact technical support or anyone else, so I hope someone here can help me.This system is literally forcing me to use a pirated version of the program because I can't pay due to the poorly functioning website. Could you help me somehow?

The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address. if that doesn't work for you, don't bother proceeding. otherwise, change what's necessary:
