Question

I have no plan but Adobe is charging me 28 AUD a month every month and won't let me talk to anyone

I have no plan so Adobe will not let me speak to a human being - but they are charging me 28 bucks a month. There is no plan registered with them, there is nothing in my apple subscriptions and I keep being pushed back to some virtual assistant.

Short of having to cancel my credit card and reorganising every other bill I have I am not sure what else to do. Has anyone been able to get through to adobe accounts to stop this happening? It is now five months so it is beginning to rack up for no service or products.

Cheers

Jen

you can use twitter/x, but if you've never had an adobe trial or subscription and have no idea how adobe got your credit card info, you should report fraud to your credit card issuer.  otherwise,

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

    chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
    and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    twitter/x:
    tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
