I have not received a refund I need to talk to someone

Hello Adobe, beggining of may I received a subscription renewal and was charged around 500€ , I cancelled my plan a few days later, as it said on the internet that if I cancel within 14 days of the renewal I will get a refund. It has been around 2 weeks and I have not received a refund and now it says I do not have a pending refund. Please help me fix this issue or connect me to an actual person who can help me. Thank you

    Refunds can only be initiated if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of subscription purchase. As per your account info, you have an active annual prepaid subscription to CC Pro since 2 year and 17 days which makes your account ineligible for refund post cancellation.

    Did it show you the refund amount when you were cancelling the plan? Anyhow for official help you would have to contact Adobe Support, these are peer to peer forums

    It did not, but I checked multiple times before on the Adobe website and it said I would receive a refund. Could you please tell me where exactly on Support can I contact them? Because I tried multiple times and all I ever get is the Chat bot
