Hi all,

I have this  plan:

Creative Cloud All Applications 100 GB
Annual plan, prepaid
Next payment is due on Nov 24, 2024

I didn't want to renew it, but through forgetfulness it was renewed and I paid for it.
In order not to forget the payment again, I cancelled the plan, since then I can no longer access my apps, paid for, it asks me to start a free trial.

I have tried logging out and logging in again without success.
Why doesn't the subscription stay active until it expires if they took my money for it?

Can you help me?

Many thanks

once you cancel your plan ends and you can no longer access cc apps.

to restart your plan, adobe support may (or may not) be able to help.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

and to cancel the next year's payment, set a reminder just as your current plan is ending.

Thank you very much.
Anyway, I think this is not a good way to manage subscriptions.
I will try to contact them. Thank you again, also for the suggestion about the scammers 🙂
