I have problem with login to my account . I dont have my password i havc only my card details.

Hello, I have problem with login to my account and cancel my subscribtion . I have only adres email without password and my cards number. I’m try to connect virtual assistant but without password they can’t help me . I need to contact with normal human. Please help me

    This isn’t an exact duplicate as the other thread did not discuss how to reset one’s password. They focused on the cancelation issue.

    Adobe IDs are emails, and as long as you have access to that email, you should be able to reset your password. Go to the sign in screen, click “Get help signing in” at the bottom, click “Reset your password”.
