I have the Lightroom plan with 1TB but the apps aren't showing in 'Your apps'

I’ve logged out and back in to Creative Cloud. Both in the app and in a web browser.

Lightroom and Lightroom Classic options are Free trial and Buy. When I click through I see the following message:
