I have used my university account to purchase an annual subscription However this is not showing.

This is not showing in my orders and nor can I access the premium apps

I do have a confirmation email for my order

    use https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html to find the correct account.  then sign into that account at https://account.adobe.com

    Do you have more than one email… are you using the correct one?

    Hi, it is the same account but I have noticed that the university has connected something to do with enterprise with my university email
