I have used my university account to purchase an annual subscription However this is not showing.

This is not showing in my orders and nor can I access the premium apps

I do have a confirmation email for my order

    Hi, thank you for your response. The issue turned out to be my university account restricting me from accessing the subscription. So I have cancelled it and purchased the subscription on another account. It is working now.

    I reviewed your account info however I could not find any active subscription associated with this email address.

    Could you please confirm if the plan was purchased through your university (for example, under a school-provided account)? If so, it would be best to reach out to your university’s account administrator, as they can help verify and manage your access details.

    use https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html to find the correct account.  then sign into that account at https://account.adobe.com

    Hi, it is the same account but I have noticed that the university has connected something to do with enterprise with my university email
