I have used my university account to purchase an annual subscription However this is not showing.
This is not showing in my orders and nor can I access the premium apps

Hi, thank you for your response. The issue turned out to be my university account restricting me from accessing the subscription. So I have cancelled it and purchased the subscription on another account. It is working now.
