I haven't agreed to extend my acrobat subscription but they keep charging after one year.

 

so I reach out to customer service to get that sorted but I had chat with them 3 times and when chat reaches to my cancellation request, they leave the chat and don't response. What kind of customer service is that??

 

so until so far, I keep charging for the service I barely use and if I want to cancel, I need to pay for $156 for cancellation fee!! I never experience this kind of thing on Amazon or Google or any other company!!

Did you try doing it yourself?

Log into the Adobe site with your Adobe ID/password.

Click on your profile picture/icon in the upper-right corner of the browser.

Find your subscription and click on the Manage plan button.

You should see the option to cancel the plan.

 

Since you didn't cancel before your renewal date, you may need to chat with a customer service representative and ask for mercy. I believe you have a 14-day grace period afterwards, but I'm not sure if that applies to renewals. When you get to the chatbot, type in "agent". Keep typing "agent" regardless of what the chatbot asks. This works for most chatbots.
