I just canceled........

I just got off the phone with a customer service representative that was more than willing to cancel my services rather than give me a discount that I asked for since I've been getting billed annually back in 2018. It certainly does not pay to be a long time subscriber so I'll be using one of the many free services that are available online now.

I appreciate the update, @youthful_Lullabya383.

I do see case ADB-46587097-L1Y0 where you explained your request for a discount due to being a long-term subscriber. You can use the steps listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/customer-support-portal.html if you have any feedback about the experience.

You can also use the steps listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/plan-changes-and-upgrades/change-adobe-plan.html to explore the different subscription offerings that are available to you, @youthful_Lullabya383. We don’t offer discounts for years of continuous subscription, but you can explore whether a different service offering better meets your needs in 2026.

Finding None. Upon telling the representative that there were no discounts she gave me a direct phone number to call and get said discounts. Guess what. She either gave me the wrong number intentionally or inadvertently.

This is a perfect example of how they treat you. Charge you a “subscription” that is over-priced. Offer a bunch of garbage that nobody uses and let a perfectly good customer walk rather than go out of their way to serve their customers. Is this what you want people? The choice is yours after-all. Not theirs

I just had a customer service rep be more than willing to cancel my account rather than give me a discount that I asked for since I’ve been an annually paid customer since 2018. Then I posted about it here and they closed the review for replies. The bottom line is their service is too expensive. They keep jacking up the price on subscriptions that shouldn’t even exist anyway. And they silence anyone that discredits them. Par for the course of the world today. I’ll be using one of the many free services online from now on.

That may be due to your use of profanity in that thread.
