Question
I keep getting charged even though i cancelled my subscription months ago.
I started with a free trial and forgot to cancel it, so i got charged once; after that charge, i cancelled my monthly subscription and thought everything was alright. I didn't realize adobe was still charging me until i received the email saying my payment has failed?? I'm pissed off and the line is always busy whenever I try calling... I'm not paying a penny out of my pocket, this is unbelievable.
