I'm applying for the Adobe NEXT// Campus Leaders program and I'm inquiring on how I can manually put in my college as it's not listed. And the not listed button is not popping up.

I'm taying to applying for the Adobe NEXT// Campus Leaders program;however, my college is not listed and it won't let me manually type it in. The “College not listed” button doesn't show up either.

The issue with unlisted options not showing up on application forms is a classic tech hiccup that usually comes down to how the browser handles script loading or cached data. When form fields rely on heavy background databases to populate drop-down menus, a slight lag or a stubborn cache can completely hide fallback options like the "College not listed" button.

Getting stuck on a mandatory field when you are trying to submit an application on time is incredibly frustrating, especially for an opportunity you are excited about.

To bypass this glitch and get your application moving forward, try these quick troubleshooting steps:

    • Switch to a clean mobile browser: If you are on a desktop, try opening the application link on a mobile device using a standard browser like Safari or Chrome with Wi-Fi temporarily disabled to force a fresh data refresh over cellular networks.

    • Incognito mode: Open the form in an incognito or private browsing window. This completely bypasses any stored cookies or old cached form states that might be preventing the manual input button from rendering.

    • Clear site data: Hard-refresh the page by pressing Ctrl + F5 (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) to clear the specific page cache and force the script to reload completely from scratch.
