I'm being billed, but the CC says I need to buy the products. Photoshop/lightroom Photographers plan

I can't understand what has happened. I've just been billed by Adobe, but the CC says my products need to be purchased. Any clues?

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.

I am having the same issues - did you ever resolve this?  I do have 2 different emails, and I keep getting the one that is closed telling me to renew????

Are you actually Signed In to the CC DTA and the programs you subscribe to with the same Adobe ID you used to purchase the subscription?

 

Sign In to the main Adobe website, adobe.com, and go to Manage your Account, View Plans. What do you see.
