Question

I'm being charged but I don't have any plans/subscriptions

Help please! I have been charged 2 separate amounts by Adobe for the last 7 months (around AUD $420) and I don't have any subscriptions! I can't cancel my plan because there isn't one to cancel. I can't find any chat help or any phone number to call. How do I get these charges refunded?

I got my refund. You can see how I did it at the Google Maps review I wrote:

If you do not have any active plans, and the ‘unknown’ link that was provided does not result in finding something you missed, you need to contact the fraud department at your credit card to report your information being stolen

For what it's worth, I don't think this has happened. I cancelled a free trial after 2 days and I think they've kept charging me even though I cancelled.

use https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html to find the charged account.  then use https://account.adobe.com to find that account.

and if you still want to cancel your subscription(s), make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", you probably have a payment error that you need to repair before cancellation is allowed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

Hi, that has been no help at all. I don't want to cancel, I've already cancelled. I have no active plans. I'm being charged anyway. Like hundreds of other people who are all over these message boards and Google Reviews.

If there is anyone out there who isn't a bot and can help me, I'd appreciate it.
