Question

I'm charged for the plan I never subscribed for and can't cancel because of the cancelation fee

In July 2021 I requested the plan cancelation for my account. However, this month I got charged again. And I can't cancel it because there's some early cancelation fee for the plan I never agreed on.

I asked for help in your support chat and they forwarded me a payment confirmation letter that I have never seen before!

Is there is any chance to get out of this hell of payment I haven't confirmed?  Or you'll keep charging me for plans I have never subscribed for?

@defaultcif3vbc2h7i1,

If you cancelled within the 14 day grace period, there is no termination fee.  You should have an email confirmation that you cancelled.  Check your spam folder.

What does "14 day grace period" refer to, please?

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you enter your credit card number to buy a subscription... See this page for more information, including a highlited section from the subscription page https://community.adobe.com/t5/account-payment-plan/cancellation/m-p/12153645

If you actually did not subscribe you need to cancel your credit card due to someone else using your account
