I'm facing problems to purchase plan from Bangladesh, and I wanna know if my friend who lives in India, he wants to purchase adobe plan for me. so I'm so confused can i use this plan from Bangladesh or not?

I'm facing problems to purchase plan from my region (Bangladesh), and I wanna know if my friend who lives in India, he wants to purchase adobe plan for me. so I'm so confused can i use this plan from Bangladesh or not? is there any country related  issue I'll face if I want to use this method.
