I’m not paying for something I never used

First of all your forceful tactics made me take the free trial and I may have not canceled it in time but the hell if I'm gonna pay for something I didn't use so I expect my account to be deleted and get off my back about any charge since I not once used your service

    Firstly, this is a user to user forum, not Adobe.  Occasionally an Adobe employee might show up here, but we are just software users like you, not Adobe employees.
