Hello. I'm from Brazil and it's impossible to communicate directly with Adobe. I'm trying to resolve a problem with my current Creative Cloud Pro plan. I'm a student, but the price I'm paying isn't the student rate, and I can't change my plan to pay less. Could someone please help me?

    We hear you! I see the email that you received says, if you have already purchased a non-educational plan, please contact support. I see that you have a Creative cloud pro subscription. Please use this link to contact support: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Our team can help you switch plans. Hope this helps.

    Hello. I just did this and my request was approved. However, I don't know if the plan will automatically change to the student price or if I need to change it myself. I tried to change my plan to the student plan and I receive the message "This purchase is not compatible". I don't know if I need to wait some time for the discount to be applied. In my email I only received the message: "Thank you for submitting your information. You are entitled to the discount for educational institutions again and there will be no change to your plan."
