I’m unable to purchase new credits. Whenever I try, I get a “Something went wrong” error message.

I’m experiencing an issue when trying to purchase new credits. Whenever I try to complete the purchase, I get an error message saying, “Something went wrong,” and the purchase cannot be completed.

Could you please look into this issue and let me know how I can resolve it?
