    I am extremely frustrated. I need to speak with a real Adobe support representative, not a chatbot or forum.

    I have an issue regarding a refund and it cannot be resolved through automated responses. There is no phone number, no email address, and no clear way to contact a human agent.

    Please escalate my case and connect me with a real person as soon as possible. I need assist

    ance with getting my money back.

    I am sorry for the problems you have encountered managing your commitment and using our services. I can confirm that the subscription you started recently was canceled by you the next day. Refunds are issued automatically and take up to 14 days.
