Question

I need a refund

I created an account with my University email; at first, I did not have access to all the apps because IT had not given me access. I paid for the monthly subscription with my university account because I needed to do work; days after, the university's IT finally gave me access to the subscription. Now I have access for free through the University. It is the same email; I paid the subscription; how can I claim my refund? It has not been more than a week since I paid for this. I could not get in contact with any customer service.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
