Hi! I’m contacting you because I would like to request a refund for a recent Adobe Acrobat charge.

I had already canceled my subscription previously, but I was still charged approximately $30 USD on August 29.

I noticed the charge immediately and I do not wish to continue with the subscription. I would really appreciate it if you could help me review this situation and issue a full refund for the $30 charge made on August 29.

Could you please help me with this? Thank you very much!

Thank you for the additional information, @gifted_listenercfd6.

I understand how frustrating it is to see a charge for a subscription you did not intend to keep.

Based on the account information available to me, the charge on August 29 appears to be associated with the Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription that started on August 14. I also found a separate Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription that was purchased through the Apple App Store. Because these are separate subscriptions, each must be canceled individually.

To review and cancel the Acrobat Pro subscription purchased directly from Adobe, please follow the steps here:https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html

To review and cancel the Acrobat Premium subscription purchased through Apple, please follow Apple's instructions here:
    https://support.apple.com/en-us/118428

If you canceled the Acrobat Pro subscription within the applicable refund window, you may be eligible for a refund under Adobe's subscription terms:https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html

No actions will be taken on your account based on this public discussion thread, but please don’t hesitate to update it if you have any additional questions about how to cancel your remaining subscriptions, @gifted_listenercfd6.

    Thank you for posting, @gifted_listenercfd6.

I understand how concerning it is to see a charge after believing a subscription had already been canceled.

I reviewed the account associated with your community profile and found three separate subscriptions:

    • An Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription purchased through the Apple App Store (iTunes) was activated on August 6.
    • An Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription that started on August 14 and remains active.
    • An AI Assistant for Acrobat subscription that started on August 14 and was canceled today.

Because these are separate subscriptions, canceling one does not automatically cancel the others. Based on the account information available to me, the August 29 charge was not caused by the AI Assistant subscription that was canceled today.

If you no longer wish to keep your Acrobat subscriptions, please review and manage them through the account where they were purchased. If the charge you're referring to is for the App Store subscription, you'll need to manage it directly through Apple. For Adobe subscriptions purchased directly from Adobe, you can review your active plans and cancellation options by signing in to your Adobe account.

For more information about Adobe subscription terms and refund eligibility, please see:

Please update this public discussion thread if you have any questions or if you can share which of the three subscriptions generated the August 29 charge, and I can provide more specific guidance, @gifted_listenercfd6.

Thank you for clarifying. I can confirm that the August 29 charge was for the Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription.

I did not intend to continue with this subscription, and I would like to request a full refund of the $30 USD charge. I had previously canceled my subscription, and I noticed this charge immediately after it was processed.

Could you please help me with the refund and confirm that the Acrobat Pro subscription is canceled as well?

    Thank you for your help!
