Thank you for the additional information, @gifted_listenercfd6.
I understand how frustrating it is to see a charge for a subscription you did not intend to keep.
Based on the account information available to me, the charge on August 29 appears to be associated with the Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription that started on August 14. I also found a separate Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription that was purchased through the Apple App Store. Because these are separate subscriptions, each must be canceled individually.
To review and cancel the Acrobat Pro subscription purchased directly from Adobe, please follow the steps here:https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html
To review and cancel the Acrobat Premium subscription purchased through Apple, please follow Apple's instructions here:
https://support.apple.com/en-us/118428
If you canceled the Acrobat Pro subscription within the applicable refund window, you may be eligible for a refund under Adobe's subscription terms:https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html
No actions will be taken on your account based on this public discussion thread, but please don’t hesitate to update it if you have any additional questions about how to cancel your remaining subscriptions, @gifted_listenercfd6.
