Question

I need a refund for an already cancelled Adobe Acrobat subscription

I have cancelled my Adobe Acrobat subscription last month, after being billed already once. I've gotten the email with a cancelling conformationn, saying my subscription will be cancelled on the 1st of August. I am writing this on the first of August as Adobe has again charged me for my plan that was already cancelled and that they themselves have confirmed so. I have again cancelled my subscription (receiving the same mail as a month ago), and I want a refund as soon as possible.

    Thank you for posting, @vekinesh.

My apologies for any confusion you have encountered in managing your subscriptions. You successfully canceled the AI Assistant for Acrobat, as shown in your email, but your Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription remains active. This is why you continue to be charged.

As suggested by @John T Smith, please click on https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen to speak with a member of our team who can help you cancel your remaining subscription. I don’t see any records of any previous attempts to reach us, so use a different device if you are unable to contact someone at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen.

For more information about the cancellation and refund process, see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html. Any refunds issued will take up to 14 days.

Please update this public discussion thread if you have any additional questions, @vekinesh.

This is a public forum, not Adobe support... other users can't see your account to help
This is the correct way to contact support
    https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

    - and enter AGENT in the box asking How can we help you?

Okay, thanks, but I tried that already both on mobile and PC and the site wouldn't load. Otherwise I wouldn't be asking this on a public forum

I appreciate the update, @vekinesh, but no action will be taken on your account based on this public discussion thread.

You will need to contact us directly for your subscription to be canceled, @vekinesh. If the devices or network you are using are managed by an organization, then you will need their help to reach us at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen.
