What Free plan from Adobe are you talking about? I do not know of any plan that you get 60 days for FREE even with signing up for a Full Years subscription. And in the case of some offers that supposedly give you X amount of time at no cost those are all contingent on signing up for a Full Year subscription.

Also as above if you want to cancel an Adobe subscription plan, whatever plan that might be, you need to do that either through the main Adobe website, Manage Your Account, or by contacting Adobe directly through the Chat system.

It CAN NOT be done through this Support forum system.
