I need help cancelling

I have tried multiple times to navigate membership to cancel my plan. I was not able. I asked my bank to cancel payment but Adobe continues to steal my money. I have not been using the programs for sometime and would like to be refunded as the process is deliberately difficult and a hefty cancellation fee is absolute robbery.

Follow the article given below to cancel your plan

    https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html

If you are unable to do so then contact Adobe Support. For refund rules check https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html

I had the same issue. I thought I cancelled online before the free trial ended as I simply hit cancel.

Two months later I noticed that I had been billed. When I went onto the computer again, and it was a different computer but still my account came up and I hit Manage Account and clicked cancel but same thing happened.

There was no Continue button to press.

I then tried from my phone to do it and it allowed me access to the Continue button and a few more yes, yes, yes I want to cancel before it went through and then appeared in my email.

It is definitely fraudulent and tricky to navigate and I doubt I will get my money back because they have lawyers draw up these contracts to cover themselves when people can’t navigate.

I usually don’t get caught in these scams but they got me on this one. Sometimes it can take me an hour or two to find the hidden ways out of these trials.

Sometimes they will even Grey Out the cancel button so you will think that it doesn’t work and it won’t even highlight with a hand when you hover over it but when you click on it, it works. Brutal.

I will be  less likely to do free trials or renewed subscriptions on anything anymore cause they take you through multiple screens to figure out how to cancel.

    Good luck to all.

try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled, unless you have a payment problem.  with a payment problem, that must be fixed first (https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html) and then you can cancel.
