I need help ending my subscription. I don't use it.

Hello,

I would like to ask for your help regarding my Photoshop subscription.

I was not aware that I had an active annual subscription, and I did not intentionally agree to continue with a paid yearly commitment. The recurring charge happened without me noticing it clearly.

I have hardly used Photoshop and I only discovered the subscription after checking my bank transaction.

I would like to cancel the plan, but I see an early cancellation fee of 78.62 EUR. Since this subscription was not clearly noticed or intended on my side, I kindly ask you to waive this fee as a one-time courtesy.
