I need help to contact adobe support service, tried to call twice and nothing

Hi i recently get an email from adobe teling me that my account gonna be shut down only because it's from Venezuela, but i move on to mexico a few years ago and i got a creative cloud license, sooooo don't want to lost it!!! need to change my account Contry..
