I need help updating my plan

I want to update my current plan to Adobe Standard but it keeps on showing me "sorry, we cannot update your plan, try again"

Hi there, I want to change my plan to Adobe Standard. But cannot do it from the adobe website.

I can see that you have an active annual subscription for CC all apps. Do you wish to change the applications associated with your account or do you wish to change the billing cycle? Could you share more info about the change you are looking upto?
