I need help with adobe acrobat subscription

hello, i know this is not adobe support but i need a reply cuz i have this question, I activated a free Adobe trial for photoshop using the email address [Removed], and I canceled the plan within the required period (7-14 days), and also i got refund as indicated in the terms of use. However, I received a payment on my credit card that I did not authorize, and my account does not show an active plan. I kindly ask to some moderator of adobe to review the situation and process a refund.

I removed your email address from your post and moved it to the proper forum.

Also, you write in your title that it's about Acrobat, but then you talk about Photoshop. The two are not the same...

Uops sorry, i mean adobe acrobat, the problem is adobe acrobat, anyway my email is just removed so my credit card is removed too?
