I need help with my plan

Question

I am a first year student and I bought the adobe for student plan with my school account.

And somehow the plan was automatically changed into the adobe enterprise plan which made me unable to change anything from my account.

I had bought the other student plan with differrent account. How can I cacel the enterprise plan?
