I need help with my refund

I’m not getting a good help from the AI customer support so maybe I will be assisted here.

I checked my account with Adobe to cancel my subscription a day before my free trial ends. It showed me only 1 subscription which the AI Assistant for Acrobat. Now I was charged for a different subscription for Adobe Acrobat Pro. If this was display together with the other this could have been avoided. I want a refund for this other subscription please. Adobe was not being transparent when I checked my the account yesterday.

    you must have had two substitutions.  one for acrobat and one for ai for acrobat.  you need to cancel both if you want neither.

    Hi, that was the issue because when I checked my account through the “Manage Plan” section yesterday to verify if there were any active subscriptions to cancel, it only showed one subscription and it was successfully cancelled.

    Since there is only one account associated with my details, all subscriptions should be reflected there. I want the other one refunded please.
