I need help with my refund
I’m not getting a good help from the AI customer support so maybe I will be assisted here.
I checked my account with Adobe to cancel my subscription a day before my free trial ends. It showed me only 1 subscription which the AI Assistant for Acrobat. Now I was charged for a different subscription for Adobe Acrobat Pro. If this was display together with the other this could have been avoided. I want a refund for this other subscription please. Adobe was not being transparent when I checked my the account yesterday.
