I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!!

I register trial plan for ST and Premiere, but at the end of trial period, I cannot do anything to cancel them. They continue trying to charge my bank account, I CANNOT DO ANYTHING!!! And now they successfully charge 23$ from my bank account, I don't want to use it anymore, after that, I cancel Premiere, my money do not goes back. Can someone explain it, help

Thanks for reaching out. As per your account details, you have an active plan for Adobe Stock. Adobe offers full discount if the cancellation is done within 14 days. However, the cancellation can only be done if there are no pending dues on your account. I would recommend you to make the payment first and then cancel the plan.

It will take 12-14 days for the refund to process. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
