I need my money back because im getting charged for something i dont want

Hello I am curious as to why obtaining contact to an adobe support agent is so difficult. As I am being charged an additional $29.99 for something that I didn’t know I had. I thought I was on a student plan for $19.99 but turns out I was wrong. All I really want is Premiere Pro and Photoshop. $49.98 is ridiculous I also have a video of the support page not allowing me to contact an agent I don’t know if its a regional thing or something but this is ridiculous.

    cancel the unwanted subscriptions. make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

    if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", you probably have a payment error that you need to repair before cancellation is allowed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html
