Hello.

First of all - english is not my natvie language. So if you dont understand me , please let me know. I will try to use AI.

Adobe system wanted to charge me for photoshop , before trial ended, I didn’t have money on my credit card,  so the payment failed.

I want to stop trial plan, and uninstall photoshop, but - I CAN’T, before I make a payment.

So Adobe system wants me to pay and doesn’t let me cance trial.

How can I cancel trial without making payment?

Next thing.

I was charged for adobe illustrator before trial period ended. I was able to end trial period, and the system told me that I will be refunded.

How long will it take before my money go back to my bank account?

All these money chargings before TRIAL end is at least WEIRD.

Thank you.

    Hi @johny303,

We appreciate you sharing your experience. Ideally, there should not be any charge before the 7 day trial period ends.
I reviewed your account details and found that you have an active subscription which is 2 day old, however there are pending dues.
Cancellation can not be done if the account payment is not made. Adobe offers full refund if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchase. I would suggest you to make the payment so that the account goes in active state for cancellation following the steps listed in this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

and then cancel the plan following the steps here: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

Once the subscription is cancelled, an automatic refund will be initiated which usually takes 12-14 to process. More details: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

Let me know if you have any questions.

You would have to first fix the payment method only then it will allow you to cancel. See the following discussion

Regarding the refund it generally takes around 2 weeks to reflect in the bank
