I need to get in contact with adobe as I am being charged for a subscription I didn’t subscribe to and when I try to cancel it say I will be charged the remainder of an annual subscription fee. What should I do?
A refund takes up to 14 days and is automatic if you cancel in no more than 14 days of a trial
After 14 days a trial becomes a subscription and there is no refund when you cancel
