I Need to Cancel My Subscription and Receive a Refund
I entered the free trial for the Adobe Illustrator subscription and I tried to cancel it, but it said I needed to pay a $20 charge for the monthly fee to be able to access the Manage Billing feature. I paid the charge, and it did not give me access to the Manage Account Billing feature. Now, Adobe has charged me another $20. I tried to cancel it but the cancellation fee was $100, which I cannot afford because I am only a student who needed Adobe for a school project. I switched to the Photography plan which charged me $10 to see if I can cancel my subscription from there. And now I still cannot access the Manage Account Billing feature. I need Adobe to cancel my subscription and refund me the $50 I have been charged.
