    Hi Mystic_motivatione2ba,

I understand you'd like to cancel your subscription, and I can see how frustrating it is when you're unable to do so because the payment details need to be updated first.

Based on Adobe's cancellation policy, you're eligible for a full refund if you cancel within 14 days. You may want to update your payment method so the charge can be processed. After that, you can cancel the subscription, and if the cancellation is completed within the 14-day refund period, you should qualify for a full refund.

I hope this helps. If you have any questions or run into any issues along the way, please let us know, and the community will be happy to help.
