I need to cancel my subscription but it won't let me because it says I owe money I do not want to pay for it that account is closed and the money is not coming out of it I do not want the program and I have not used it

Just saw that I'm trying to be charged for my subscription it will not let me cancel the subscription and I have not used the subscription. That account is no longer active and I am not paying for something that I'm not using

You have to correct payment issues before you can cancel the plan. If eligible then any amount that gets deducted would be refunded back. For refund rules, see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html

I had the same problem but it is the last day before the automatic renewal of the annual Subscription. Actually I dont know if it is already on or not. The email didn't really said if it was on 30 or after 30 of September. Therefore I dont want to pay otherwise I will have to pay even if I want to cancel

if your bank account is closed, then don’t worry about it and ignore adobe.

If your account is still there but you don’t want adobe anymore, you can call your bank to block any adobe payments, or you can downgrade your subscription to something like adobe acrobat then you will get another 14 days to cancel the acrobat plan, that’s your problem gone.
