I need to cancel my subscription but it won't let me because it says I owe money I do not want to pay for it that account is closed and the money is not coming out of it I do not want the program and I have not used it

Just saw that I'm trying to be charged for my subscription it will not let me cancel the subscription and I have not used the subscription. That account is no longer active and I am not paying for something that I'm not using

You have to correct payment issues before you can cancel the plan. If eligible then any amount that gets deducted would be refunded back. For refund rules, see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html
