I need to have my subscription refunded as I forgot to cancel my trial.

I checked the account information available to us and do not see any active Adobe subscriptions associated with the account. If you were charged after a trial, it's possible the subscription is associated with a different Adobe account or email address.

You probably subscribed to a higher version of Acrobat since as John mentioned, Reader is free. Did you get a confirmation letter from Adobe about the cancelation? I believe it can take up to a week to get a refund. The process may take longer in your country.
