I need to pay VAT, but this is not charged so I will get fines.

Question

Hello,I am a photographer in Belgium and rent the photography program from Adobe. For some time now I have not had to pay +/- 12 euros but +/- 9 euros. The VAT has therefore been deducted. I MUST pay VAT in my country under my status. I get heavy fines if I don't do this. I have already contacted you 2 x for this and yet only 9 euros remain deducted from my account. Would you please change this to 'private' and charge what I have not yet paid enough? Thank you!

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
